Well, this summer goes down in the books. We have had so much fun watching these two grow into little ladies. We started crawling the end of June and gradually have pulled up and now are walking around things in the house. They have both let go and taken a few steps and fallen but thats it.
These girls are into. everything. We are constantly in stitches at things they do and in awe of everything they already know how to do, figuring things out on their own.
Both are really good eaters and are being more independent as far as that goes. We have our 1st Birthday coming up on October 17th. Its still hard to believe they are almost 1.
Both girls are so loving and caring and will crawl over and lay their head on you and love on you and then get up crawl back over to what they were doing and carry on like it was nothing.
We went to Myrtle Beach this year and took the girls. I've been going there since I was a little kid and couldn't wait to take them this year. They loved it! We went to the lake a few times as well and they also loved being on the boat with Grum and Poppy.
It has been a super busy summer and we are all looking forward to cooler temperatures and FALL!!!! We even bought a new house and sold ours in a week! We moved 5 minutes outside Little Rock to Maumelle. Slower paced, more like what I grew up in, and Grum and Poppy also live here, so it helps out alot with the girls. We had been looking around for the past year or so since we really found out we were pregnanat and having twins, but never found anything that we just fell in love with. We wanted to find a house that we could spend a long time in, and raise our kids in, and have a sense of community. After looking one saturday, we walked into this one, and just fell in love with it! So just like that, here we are. We've never had to go through anything that quick in our lives. We are extremely happy in our new home.
