Almost 18 weeks!

Man, everything has just flown by.  We saw our doctor again and went to our friend Becca for an ultrasound.  They were so much more active this time around and actually looked like babies. Little people. 2 more. A family. Ours.  I love them so much already!  Becca said she would put money on one of them being a girl so now we can refer to one of them as our sweet little girl.  The other one, wanted to sit indian style and play duck duck goose the whole time. That naughty little turkey.  We're going to go see Becca again this Friday to see if we can tell what baby B is. Amanda will be 18 weeks then so a better chance of telling.

This has been an incredible journey and the most difficult stuff I've ever gone through.  Almost 3 years ago, we were on our way back from the beach in SC with a plan to start trying for our family in September.  We saved, and saved and saved for that moment.  That moment came, and went, and came again, and went.....finally last June at the beach we found out that we were pregnant only to get home and have the reality hit us like a brick.  It was a chemical pregnancy.  Soon after in August our lives were turned upside down with another positive pregnancy! First Appt. went well with a flicker only to go in on the 8 week appt and find out that flicker was no more.  D&C and 3 months later, we were given the all clear to try again.  First 2 tries after, nothing.  Finally February was the month.  Amanda had to go to work with me due to the blizzard we were having at that time.  She arrived at the office at her shceduled appt. time to find out our "specimen" had not arrived yet and was on a truck somewhere in Little Rock.  2 hours later and 2 hours after her scheduled IUI, it arrived.  Must have been our lucky day and time. Two ovulated eggs and two weeks later we got a positive. Two weeks after that, twins on ultrasound.

We Love you 2 already and can't wait to see you on ultrasound again!
